HIPAA & Compliance
We take healthcare data protection seriously. AIDentalClaims is built from the ground up with HIPAA compliance as a core requirement. We maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) with all customers and subprocessors. Our infrastructure is hosted on HIPAA-eligible cloud services with encryption at rest and in transit. All PHI is de-identified before AI processing.
